The project concerns urban recovering of a semi-central block in the south-east part of the city. A few years old car parking, shops, offices and residential block needs to be revitalized due its wrong design.
The core idea is to install a skate park with many different connected activties, such as bar, restaurant, sport shops, co-working offices, music rehearsal hall, art and fashion exhibition center.
